Taco Bell will pay $100,000 to Managers

Managers have a huge impact on a restaurant performance, customer experience and team member satisfaction.

That’s why Taco Bell will start paying $100,000 to its managers later in the year. Not all 450 company-owned store managers will get this raise, but their current salaries currently range from $50,000 to $80,000.

There is a huge discrepancy in the food industry. Burger King’s average base pay for managers is only $45,414, while In-N-Out Burger has been paying its managers $100,000 for at least the past decade and the average salary for managers is now more than $160,000
