Everyone knows that shopping at Costco is great, but Costco is also a great place to work at. According to the 2013 Retail Report Card, Costco has the most satisfied employees.
They value their employees, offer great benefits for part time employees, give frequent breaks and even time and a half pay on Sundays. They also don’t open on Thanksgiving and Christmas, allowing their employees to enjoy those holidays with their families.
On top of that, they just raised their minimum wage to $15/hr.
